Barite with Fluorite (copy)

Description

Golden Baryte with purple Fluorite coming from Rujin in China. The Baryte crystals have tabular shapes showing a very high brilliance and a vivid yellowish orange color. These specimens stand out for the striking contrast of the Baryte crystals settled on a matrix of botryoidal crystallized Fluorite with deep purple/violet colors. The Fluorite is brightly fluorescent under longwave ultraviolet light and also shows good fluorescence under shortwave ultraviolet light.
